MASSAGE ROUTINE AND TIME TABLE

The best time for doing the massage is in the morning because it is only in the morning that the tissues of the body are relatively deflated. This is due to following reasons -
The body has taken sufficient rest in the night and has been in a horizontal position, which helps in eliminating the organic liquids.
  • Due to all these, in the morning the inflammation of the cellulitic tissues is at its minimum.
  • However, cellulite is always more evident in the evening because of fatigue.
  • In this case the morning massage could be deeper and hence more effective.
  • Therefore incipient cellulite should also be measured in the morning.
  • It is a good idea to note, the previous evening, which areas of the body require treatment.
You should do the massage -
  • In a week: 3 times
  • Each time: 35 minutes
  • Draining Movements: 5 minutes
  • Rapid superficial attack on the least affected areas: 10 minutes
  • Direct attack on the most painful areas: 10 minutes
You should finish this with a cold shower and friction with a rough towel.
