It is also noticeable that these two movements should always be done in the direction of the lymphatic flow.
You can also massage your body yourself. At the time of massaging your own body you must do the following -

- You should pay particular attention to the hollows behind the knees and the bends of the elbows.
- You can rub each leg upwards with both hands at once, grasping the limb between them, or you can use each hand in turn.
- However it is quite obvious that you can use only one hand for each arm, lifting it up so as to be able to get hold of the inside with the other hand more easily.
For the stomach
- You should use your right hand for massaging the stomach.
- Do anticlockwise circular massage on the stomach.
- You should start at the center and work outwards.
For the main lymphatic centers just below the surface
- You should start from the groin.
- Then you should make a movement with each hand up the inside of the thigh.
- After that follow the fold of the groin.
- Next move sideways up to the base of the chest.
For the cellular tissues of the neck
- For the cellular tissues of the neck in front of and behind you should make the fanning movements.
- It should always be working downwards.
