If there is any confusion regarding the perfect shape of your brows then go for tweezing as over-plucking can mean those lost hairs may never grow back. These can subtleties make a great difference.

You should pull one hair at a time.
Make sure that you pull gently and smoothly, making sure not to yank.
Remember that it is better to tweeze too little than too much.

You should fill the brow in with an eye shadow powder and eyebrow brush.
While choosing a shade it is best to choose the shade that matches your hair color.
You should apply the shade with a small, hard brush that is flat and angled at the tip.
You should apply the shadow first to the most populated area of the brow to avoid laying down too much color.
Then finally you should finish by combing the brows with a toothbrush.
If you find that too much color is applied then you can soften it by applying a bit of loose face powder in your correct shade with a powder puff.
