Delish flavor of fish stock mixed with corn flour, margarine and parsley.

Fish Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
2 pints fish stock
1 oz. Cornflour
pepper and salt
1/2 pint milk
1oz. butter or margarine
dessertspoonful chopped parsley

How to make {actual-title}:
  • Melt the butter or margarine in a saucepan and add the cornflour, stirring to a pan and add the cornflour, stirring to a smooth paste.
  • Pour on the stock and bring to the boil, stirring all the time.
  • Add the milk and boil again.
  • Season with salt and pepper, and at the last moment add the chopped parsley.
