German Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

100g German sweet Chocolate
1/2 cup Boiling water
1 cup Butter
2 cup Sugar
1 cup Buttermilk
2 1/2 cup Flour
4 Egg Yolks
4 Egg Whites
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt

How to make {actual-title}:

Melt chocolate in boiling water.
Next mix cream butter, egg yolks, sugar, vanilla and melted chocolate in a mixing bowl till it appears like soft mass.
Then add dry ingredients and buttermilk.
Fold in egg whites.
Pour this into a pan, lined on bottoms with wax paper.
Bake this at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
Tops can be frosted leaving sides unfrosted.
