Turkey Cheeseburger Recipe

Ingredients:
3/4 lb Lean Ground Turkey Breast
4 Sesame Buns (toasted)
4 leaves Boston Lettuce
1 Red Pepper (quartered)
10 oz frozen Spinach (chopped, thawed and squeezed dry)
1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
1/8 tsp Ground Black Pepper (coarsely)
1/8 tsp fresh Nutmeg (grated)
4 thin slices part-skim Mozzarella Cheese

How to make {actual-title}:
  • With a nonstick cooking spray coat a grill rack.
  • Heat grill to medium to high for direct heat.
  • Mix turkey, spinach, nutmeg, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  • Design them into four patties of 3-1/2 inch.
  • Grill for 10 minutes turning once till meat thermometer when inserted in the sides of burgers shows 165 F.
  • Top each bun with a lettuce leaf.
  • Place burgers on top.
