Simple and easy way to prepare turkey stock.

Turkey Stock Recipe

Ingredients:
2 Turkey Wings
3 cloves Garlic
Green-Leaf Lettuce
1 Onion (chopped)
2 Celery Stalk Leaves (cut into 4-inch lengthwise)
3 Carrots (chunked)
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 small hand fresh Sage Leaves

How to make {actual-title}:
  • Layer onions, sage and carrot in a cooker.
  • Pack turkey wings on top of veggies.
  • Mix seasonings.
  • Cover it with lettuce.
  • Combine 2-cup water.
  • Cook on high heat for 1 hour and then on low heat for 7 hours.
  • Strain stock.
  • Combine salt to taste.
  • Mix noodle and veggies for making soup or put stock in small utensil and refrigerate it for later use.
